Why do so many people devote so much of their lives to work, and seem to get so little enjoyment or reward in return? It doesn’t seem to make a great deal of sense. Surveys show that many people, perhaps a majority, feel dissatisfied with some major aspect of their working lives. It may be lack of satisfaction, too little free time, too little reward, or work that bores and frustrates them. www.lifehack.comWrite about our job and what you like and dislike about it. Working to live or living to work
ReplyDeleteI think the job in the University has a diferent development than others jobs or professional activities, I like my job in the University, the most important thing for me is the oportunities that the people can find here. People from differents cities and countries. It`s a quite place and a beautiful environment.
The salary is really low, I don`t like that, but the benefits still been goods if you compare it whit other places.
The life style in this time require to find a balance between work and personal life, this subject is important for people around the world. The work and life style cold be a complicate theme, because doesn`t exist one unique opinion about it.
The profesional development demand so many time that the persons can`t find time for almost for anything else, if you want make better your social situation you need to spend more time in the office or your company etc.
If you can find a place where you make that balance, I will be happy for you, that is for me the perfect job.
Thanks, efrain.
I think that the simon bolivar university offers to each of its employees a great place to work, the environment and climate here are very nice and relaxing and its gardens give it a magical sensation.
ReplyDeleteAnother of the benefits is that we have many hollidays, wich are enjoyed throughout the year. Besides, there are opportunities for our growth at the professional level because the schedule is enough flexible to pursue academic studies.
This work allows us to enjoy a good quality of working life, because as we know we live in a very congested and polluted city where traffic, pollution and stress of everyday life overwhelm us.
The simon bolivar university offers too excelent facilities for the practice of a lot of sports, wich are perfect for exercise; I love sports.
But, no everything is perfect, the salary accrual is quite low compared to cattle by other colleagues in other companies, however, all us have excellent socio economic benefits thatoutweigh to low salary.
In conclusion, the quality of life that university offers me, it the perfect job.
